Terms of use

DeskTrust records cryptographic file digests on the Ethereum Classic blockchain and organizes the resulting evidence. Contact: info@desksys.com.br.
Account and responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, verify your email, and protect your password and API keys. Each organization manages its team's access. Only use files you are authorized to process, and do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
Scope of evidence
The record provides evidence that the file matching the hash existed, unchanged, no later than the block timestamp. It does not establish authorship, ownership, originality, or content. Its use as evidence is subject to the competent authority's assessment.
Credits and payment
Creating an account has no monthly fee. Each record uses one credit. BRL and USD prices are fixed and independent, and displayed before purchase. Cards are processed by Stripe in enabled currencies; Pix is processed by Banco Inter only in BRL. Credits are released after provider payment confirmation and are valid for 24 months per lot. Refunds or disputes place remaining order credits under review. Permanent issuance failures return the credit, as recorded in the ledger. Retrying a failed record uses one credit again.
Original file and copies
Keep the original file, certificate, and JSON proof. Changes to the file change its hash. Calculation happens in the browser; contents are only uploaded if you choose to store a copy. The copy is not recorded on the blockchain. Storage and upload limits are shown in the platform.
Confirmation and availability
Issuance depends on the public network, transaction inclusion in a block, and 15 confirmations. Timing varies and instant confirmation is not guaranteed. Network interruptions, reorganizations, or issuer conflicts may require monitoring and retries. A pending record is not confirmed evidence.
Cancellation and rights
For billing, cancellation, refunds, or consumer rights questions, contact info@desksys.com.br with your order details. Rights under applicable law are preserved. Records already written to the public blockchain cannot be deleted from the network.
Closure and changes
Account or data deletion requests are handled through the contact provided. Records and transactions needed to meet obligations may be retained under applicable law. Material changes to the terms must be communicated to users. The applicable version is linked to account acceptance.
