Privacy policy

DeskTrust uses the data needed to create accounts, organize prior existence records, issue evidence, and process purchases. Privacy and rights contact: info@desksys.com.br.
Data processed
We process names, email addresses, passwords protected by cryptographic derivation, organization memberships, permissions, billing details, SHA-256 hashes, record metadata, credit history, and technical access and audit information. A file copy is optional.
Purposes and bases
Data is used to provide the requested service, authenticate users, maintain security, send transactional communications, and process payments. Data may also be retained to comply with legal obligations and exercise rights. File copies are received only when explicitly selected in the form.
Public blockchain
Only the hash and DeskTrust's technical prefix are recorded on Ethereum Classic. Titles, descriptions, filenames, and personal information are not sent to the blockchain. Public transactions are permanent; deletion within the platform does not remove the hash from the network.
Public verification
Anyone with the file, its hash, or its code can query the evidence and transaction. The page does not disclose the title, description, holder, file, or user. The organization's name is hidden by default and can be enabled by an organization administrator.
Supporting services
Banco Inter receives the data needed for Pix billing. For cards, Stripe receives the email address and order references; card details are entered directly in Stripe's checkout and are not stored by DeskTrust. Email providers process verification, recovery, invitation, and notification messages. RPC nodes and explorers allow blockchain queries. Each external service also has its own privacy policies.
Cookies
We use an essential authenticated-session cookie protected with HttpOnly, Secure in production, and SameSite. A functional cookie and local browser storage retain your language choice; local storage also retains your selected currency, saved to your account after authentication. On desktrust.net, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits and interactions with this institutional website. Google processes usage and technical data under its privacy policy.
Protection and retention
Access is restricted by organization and role. Platform keys are encrypted and are not returned through the interface after saving. Stored copies are outside public directories. We retain data while needed for the service, security, and applicable obligations; deletion requests are assessed individually.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, processing information, and deletion under applicable law. The platform lets you export data and delete file copies. Contact info@desksys.com.br for other requests. Identity verification may be required to protect your account.
